Hi Allyson. We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with our work, unfortunatly with your car having over 260 000 thousand ks and with us not knowing the history of the car we were asked to do a blueslip inspection and that is what we did! As you stated your car had sat for 12 months and had not been maintained which could have been a cause to the motor needing to be replaced. We were also really dissapointed upon recieving our loan car back 2 weeks after we had contacted you to let you know your car was done and to have it smelling strongly of cigarette, we clearly state on the sign in our office and you were also given a run down that smoking is not permitted in our loan cars otherwise a cleaing fee will be added to your bill, unfortunately by the time we had a chance to check the car you had already left so we chose to leave the matter and pay for cleaning ourselves! Even after having the car cleaned it still wreaks. Again we are sorry you are not satisfied but we did what you asked of us, if you are not happy with the service please feel free to give us a call to discuss.
