The work was done in a timely and efficient manner to the price that was quoted. I was a bit disappointed that there were some grease marks left on the driver's seat belt and on the leather trim next to where the seat belt is fastened.

They did everything they said they would and were very punctual and helpful. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was that they fitted 4 new tyres and when I checked them, the tyre pressures ranged from 47 psi to 32 psi and they were all different. I had to spend 15 minutes getting them right after the service.

The dealings I had are only positive throughout the few years I have had my cars serviced and repaired. I’ve found MacGregor Auto very professional, reliable and most importantly trustworthy and sincere.
They are a rare find… I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

Very efficient, great customer service. I did enquire about servicing my car, good price but due to the fact they have no courtesy car and it is a bit out of my way I wasn’t able to arrange for transport family members working, so I’ve had to go with another company closer to home who provides courtesy car as well. Otherwise I'd have booked with vice custom.
