There are many BYD owners now in Shepparton. Don't hold up the adoption of EVs in country areas by requiring owners to drive to Melbourne for a service.

We used this garage one year ago.  Last year, they texted us a video of the underside of the vehicle pointing out parts that needed replacing, etc.  In their invoice, they gave estimates of the costs of doing this work and some idea of how vital the repair was. This year, the bill had some comments, like the rear brakes low, the valve cover gaskett starting to leak but no mention of approximate cost, urgency of repair, etc.  This lack of detail probably means that I'll choose to deal with another garage in the future.

I was booked for the 27th via the website, confirmation was received, etc.  Around 4:30 pm on the day I had placed the booking, received a call from mycar that my booking was 1 of a couple (assuming through online) that was double booked.  Service was required so I could use it on a couple of week's travel from 30th Dec so they squeezed me in for the following day, otherwise was going to be after New Year's before I could be scheduled.

The only thing I've found since I started using mycar is they have a tendency to upsell.  Wheel alignment seems to be their want fries with that question.

He was punctual and on time. The mechanic explained the issue with the car clearly. He offered a couple of options to consider if I was to decide to fix the issue.

Arrived on time and went to get the correct filters after reviewing task.

Came to my work took the car to the workshop put it on a hoist and not only cleaned up my brake lines found a issue with my diff bushes have rebooked with them to get the parts installed

Extra work was needed but they called before they even started and gave me all the information on what was needed, why it was needed, the cost and if it could be put off for another service.

Mobile tyre workshop came out to my home to replace my flat tyre before I had an appointment to go to, they were a complete lifesaver and the plus side was that they also accept afterpay. The guy that came out was really friendly and also had the patience while afterpay was having a moment I really appreciated it. I would recommend this company to anyone that has last minute car issues. Thanks mobile tyre workshop.

Rob was very friendly and honest. He told me straight out what my problem was that I was experiencing and has sent quotes on fixing them. Since owning this car I’ve had the dealer servicing them, but will be coming back to Rob and the team for future services, I love the no nonsense straight forward attitude.

They were very efficient, came and did the job and left. Awesome communication when first made contact. Highly recommend to those that need mobile tyre service.

Quoted $380 then rang me back saying it’s $1800 for this and that, filters, brake pads etc. Said no. Took it to a friend who checked the parts they quoted. Not one thing on the $1800 quote needed fixing or replacing. Glad I just paid $380 and said NO to extras. It was unacceptable and should be reported. I’m writing a formal complaint. Ultra Tune franchises you overcharge. Bad Business.

He was super friendly, took his time to make sure the job was done properly, price as very reasonable. Will be my new go to tyre service company.

Standard service fee ended up around $800 which is more expensive than anticipated. It is low km car but they insisted needed $200 battery and a number of other things replaced at 30,000km distance. Not the $250 mentioned.

Was good, perks said the car vacuum was included. Thought they would vacuum the whole car but only vacuumed the passenger and driver side lol but other than that experience was ok.

Was hoping for more detail about the issues with my car upon pickup, and was told I’d be sent a list of quotes. It’s been over 2 days with still no quotes sent.

All the boys at Autowerks Mechanical were a pleasure to work with.

I was great experience with them, they are really good and friendly.

The shop was late to open, left the vehicle at 9.15 am, and went back at 5 pm (after not hearing if the vehicle was ready) left the shop at 6.15 pm.  Tried to upgrade the quote with the need for this, need even though they were not required. Office paperwork is a mess. Have just discovered that even though I paid extra to have wheels interchanged and balanced and charged for it was not done.

Was quick and easy they turned up with in 25min will definitely use and recommend them next time I need a battery

Owner is so friendly and give best response.

I always get my batteries from Battery World Townsville because the service is fantastic.
