Booked in for a minor service + a couple of extras (filter replacement etc). Was able to get a fixed price quote on the std service + extras. Price was v good when you consider the cost of parts so they certainly didn't try to include a big mark up the extras. After their inspection they even advised not to replace AC filters just yet as they were all good.

First service since I bought the car secondhand a few months back, and the guys were willing to have a chat and answer queries I had about the car. Came away feeling these guys are honest and easy to deal with.  No hesitation using them again.

Note: The garage has a very small parking area so it looks a bit haphazard from the street - don't let that put you off though.

Customer experience was good. I was contacted a couple of times during the day with updates. It was recommended to me what I might need done to my car, but never pushed upon me.
