Sent my car in to get it regased and serviced, instead of doing a regas and service they looked my car over told me everything I need to do to the car, and charged me $71 for diagnosing my car. Never got regased in the end.

Guys were quick at installing the windscreen but there is a slight scratch in it,  I think it's a scratch as it won't wipe off and it catches the fingernail also I would have liked a bit of covid protocol as no masks were worn or sanitation of vehicle before and after. But otherwise, they were good at the installation.

I was told that your team would have been at my home yesterday between 9 and 12. They did not arrive until 6 pm. I still have a rattling noise in the door that I need the guys to come and fix.

Prepaid for repairs and wheel alignment, got a call to say my car is ready to pick up so went to pick up and they hadn't done the wheel alignment so had to wait for a half-hour for that to be done, also they didn't decrease the area they worked on and left oil all over the parts they had touched.

My experience was pretty good, the people replacing it 1st and 2nd time were nice. My only concerns were that the 1st ones were quite late and didn't have the right windscreen for our car. If we didn't have to go to work, it would have been fine, but we had said we really needed to hopefully be gone by 9.30 am and it wasn't until I enquired the repairmen arrived at 10.15 am without the replacement us very late for work. I am extremely happy with the afterpay options. Our windscreen is replaced now and I am happy. Get it fast glass.
