Specifically told the receptionist that I needed the car back by 4 pm (dropped it off at 8 am) and please do not complete any work before telling me how much it would cost. Later in the day, I’m advised it will cost $1500 to fix the door. I rang Hyundai who said they could do the exact same job for $745. I advised Premier Autocare that I would be going with Hyundai as they are half the cost and coming to get my car. They then proceeded to tell me that they had pulled the door off my car and didn’t have time to fix it today so I couldn’t have my car back unless I paid them the $1500 to complete the job and even then I wouldn’t get it back the next day. I said I need my car by 4 pm, that’s not good enough. They then stuck my car door back on with masking tape and said I could come get it but the door will likely blow off on the drive home. I took the risk and now have to wait to get my car fixed properly. Absolutely never again. My lawyer has also advised me to take legal action which I will be pursuing.

Unable to accurately pinpoint the problem. Money was spent without achieving the desired results. A few days later, the issue resurfaced. They called and said they would continue to investigate the problem and call me back, but I know it's just an excuse. Without receiving a callback, I won't choose this workshop again.

Upon reflection, my service went well and was promptly carried out. Lovely staff is a real credit to his trade.

He inspected a vehicle I was looking to purchase, I feel like the inspection wasn’t in depth enough, ie not checking the oil, took great initiative in all things cosmetic, but the mechanical side of things were slightly under evaluated. I did purchase the vehicle, it’s a great car, but being mechanically minded I checked everything again when I arrived in Canberra from Adelaide.

I went in for a tow bar fitting. I knew my silver strip had a dent in it. I also knew there was scratches on my car mainly from my highly autistic sons melt downs (which I'm getting painted). When I returned to collect I noticed polish on my actual car from the polish they stuck on my tyres. This didn't bother me to much but isn't great . Then I looked at the back and noticed my silver strip was cracked and not holding on flush. And a big indent on the back panel and a dent/cut into the black guard at the back. These bothered me but I'm getting it re painted so not ideal kinda thing but the silver strip I wanted fix. So I brought it back up they said they will glue it after saying it would of cracked because of the dent when they took it off.  So second time brought it back with craft tape holding the glue which did not work I was furious rang them up spoke to the manager who done my car, who than proceeded to tell me it was my fault cause it was damaged . It was a dent and if there was a chance of this happening why wasn't I called and asked first? Now they said they will order and fit a new one for me (gee what a help) but we will get it done at a discount price. Oh how nice of them $1248 later and I have damage which I have to pay to fix . Never again.

Always going above and beyond for their customers, my mind is at ease for sending a video of my service being done and always quality and great customer service! ������.

I didn't pick up my car personally, but it didn't take long for a major service, and had no problems, so I will return again.

The first choice of workshop canceled late but able to work quickly to find another one available which was Rebel Wheels. The team there was very down to earth and easy to work with. They had a few issues with the parts but communicated with me the entire time. I'm very happy with the result and service and will use them again.

Hilary and his team at North Geelong Automotive are simply outstanding. The work they put into fixing or working on your car is superb. Always on time and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. Thank you Hilary and the boys.
