While we've always maintained strong hygiene procedures we've now increased the routine cleaning of surfaces across our reception area and workshop, our technicians continue to use best hygiene practices, including use of gloves and protective seat covers, with additional sanitisation of relevant surfaces undertaken prior to vehicle handover to owners. Staff very helpful however was unable to diagnose fault (SRS) as it seems my vehicle was too old for their equipment. He arranged for auto electrician to try and locate issue but he too was unsuccessful Both offered to try and repair by elimination which could cost more than the car is worth. However both were very professional and trustworthy.
