Raoul was so professional, courteous, and thorough. I couldn't fault him - he communicated everything to me which gave me an opportunity to say go ahead or not. He left everything as he found it.

Russell the mechanic that came to do my logbook service, was amazing. I highly recommend him. I asked questions and he explained them to me, he was a patient and friendly mechanic. Prompt service also.

Rasoul was amazing. He explained what the issue was with my car and told me how that issue can occur and helped me to determine what my best course of action would be. He also gave me a suggestion for something I could try before having to find a way to get it to a workshop. He was so genuine and caring. I came for basic service and I notice on pickup car wash is complimentary but my car was just in the same state as I brought in. I was wondering on how this has been missed and also worried on other things may have missed out as well.

The manager brought the car back to car wash and have it washed in 15-20 minutes. 

It was good experience overall.

Accommodating as to location and appointment time. Punctual and efficient. The mechanic was professional and completed the service in a timely manner. Extra repairs were needed, which were discussed before going ahead. The final cost was reasonable. This is the 2nd time I've had my car serviced by Australian Mobile Mechanics - Northern. I believe they are trustworthy and I have no problem in recommending their business. Going forward, they will be my mechanic of choice.

I went to NRMA and they told me they couldn't find my booking in the system.

Staff was so rude, car was not ready on time, no car wash, overall very bad experience, never ever go back there.

Every time it says free car wash worth $25, every time no one washed the car.

My online quote included a free carwash, which I did not get. Not a big deal since I keep the car clean anyway, though it was included in the quote. Otherwise all fine, no complaints.

NRMA kept my car in the workshop for 4 days and they did nothing. At last, they said they don't have the tool to open the engine cover. They could've told me on the first day. Second thing is price is higher than the online quote.

The service was OK except that the electronic settings needed to be reset after the service.

Storm Automotive Services were pretty good, only small complaint is took a long time to do basic service, but apart from that was satisfied with what they did.

Minor mishap with windscreen, but Matt kept me up to date. Provided a loan car when needed, excellent service otherwise.

Work is done perfectly and through proper communication. Some extra time was taken for the roadworthy but the mechanic car was provided free of cost. The Mechanic is a nice person.

They are not helpful, not customer focused and I was so disappointed as they asked me to pay $320 just for giving me an estimate of repairs even though I sent a detailed inspection report.

The car service was ok, but found the attendants at the desk rude. While waiting for my car servicing to finish, I heard Matt being rude to a customer over the phone. Matt if you are reading this then please improve your customer relations. I understand some customers can be demanding, but they are not getting anything for free they are paying for the service. Don't think I will get my car serviced there again or recommend anyone.

Jake at All in 1 Automotive is a LEGEND! He went over and beyond with the repair of my daughter's car (her 1st car). He kept us informed about the progress, did his best to source parts and went over the entire car, and made sure it was safe for her to use. I appreciated him explaining everything to me.  It was reassuring and I never felt like I was being ripped off  (as most mechanics do when you're female) I really like these guys. All in 1 Automotive is our new go to mechanic. We are extremely pleased with the service.

This is the first time I have used this garage. I was quoted a price before service, when I went to collect my car they advised that some work they had included in the quotation was not required and adjusted my bill accordingly. They could have charged the original quote and I would not have known.What a pleasure to deal with an honest company!!

The service was topped up with brakes at rear and battery. At call I accept the additional job. the invoice had a money mistake which I shown it to the technician at taking the car. Immediate the invoice was adjusted. Honest and correct people.
