I took my car for inspection to find the reason behind the groaning noise from my engine, The manager David took my car out for a test drive and he couldn't find the problem, All he said was "this an old car (my car is 2007 by the way) don't expect to work without any noises !!!" And he continued "first you should change your tyres!! Safety is first"

The software was reset and Android Auto was removed.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone and in the office was very helpful, he was polite and patient with me as we tried to sort out payment. Even with a few hiccups with the battery that was under warranty elsewhere (which they failed to honor) Midas Haberfield had a far cheaper battery ready and available for me. The guys did an amazing job and did a great job of explaining to me how to make sure that everything went well afterwards.

BYD booked in for 4 hours for 5000 km service. Car was in workshop for 1hr 15 min. Bonnet open for 2 mins, windscreen fluid topped up. Software version when I picked up the vehicle was the previous version to the one which was installed when I dropped off the vehicle. I had to re-install the latest version through OTA. Time on the central screen was set to incorrect zone (Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time). All settings on the software were lost including bluetooth pairing of phones and Navigation settings. No paperwork was received telling me what had been done for the service.

I highly recommend L&M Windscreens.  Their prices are very affordable, their communication was exceptional.

Friendly service and prompt, the only thing that hopefully could be improved on in the BYD information system, it was reverted back to an older version than when I purchased the vehicle from the supplier. I thought if anything the service would make sure everything is up to date. A lot of the OTA updates are to improve safety features in the system.

They can't change air compressor and regas, just changing a tyre took whole morning time.

They did check a few things which I did not ask. But they listed up those things and told me when the things were supposed to be replaced. They did a really good job.

There was a mix-up at their end and the job was not booked. There was also an extra charge of $65.00 that was unexpected so that was disappointing. Luckily the job was booked for 5.00 pm and was completed by 5.30 pm. The technicians were professional and did a good quality job.

The workshop didn't realise that I had booked the courtesy car when I booked online which made it difficult for me - they gave me a very old car which was manual with no power steering to take for the day - it was also a 2 seater so would have been frustrating if I had have had tasks to do. The mechanic didn't realise when I arrived at the workshop and I had to go looking for them.

Great Service! Instead of trying to upsell me on additional works required on my car, they advised me that all was in good condition and only standard service works required. Stuck to the quoted price and much cheaper than a Dealership!

Good customer service, did the job on time.

My vehicle was booked for a 60,000 logbook service, however I strongly suspect that many, if any checks were NOT carried out. I base this opinion on the fact that the rubber wiper blade at rear was missing and was not commented on, neither was the fact that both front and rear brakes are getting low. 
I expected a written report indicating what needed attention, as I have always had from other workshops. 
Needless to say that I won't be using this workshop again.

Good service but they got the next service kms wrong on the windshield, should have been next service due after 10,000km or 6 months not in 8,000km that was written. But that’s minor.

Customer service is important, feeling safe that the guys looking after your car is going to do the right thing and not cut corners. It was a good price for a service and I was a bit nervous when I met the surly bloke at the counter who's aggressive machismo was way more than a gal can handle, I started to doubt my decision to book without a personal recommendation. But once the manager/owner arrived, things went very smoothly. Not only did they service the car they also cleaned it - a huge bonus. Thank you.
