Took my car in to get a replacement transmission. Picked the car up after the work was done and the vehicle was not good. Lots of codes, no aircon, and going into limp mode. Took the car back again and still not fixed. One of the mechanics broke the ECU plug and didn't say anything. After 2 weeks the issue was finally fixed but at no point was there an apology. Not good that I was allowed to drive the car away twice without them telling me there was an issue. Communication with the consumer and some honesty go a long way.

Unsure why you have put a 2 star ratting sorry, We performed a aircon re-gas and we could not find a leak at the time of the service, So we put U/V dye into the aircon system and asked you to come back 2 days later but you never came back? To get us to find the aircon leak.
