On Thursday morning 6th of March, at around 10.00 am we were driving along Reliance Drive, Tuggerah. We struck concrete guide protrusions at a pedestrian crossing destroying two tyres. We were a bit nonplussed as to what to do. So, Given we had just visited Coasteer, we decided to call them to see if they did “tyres”. Within minutes they had ordered replacement tyres, and had us arrange an NRMA tow of my vehicle to their premises. Carried out the fitting of new tyres, and rotated existing tyres. Performed a wheel alignment. In short, they took control of the situation, removing all the stress and worry connected with such a stressful situation. Coasteer are champions, lots of other companies wouldn’t put themselves out like Coasteer did, very helpful people.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Tyres and the repair for rego were done the very next day and way cheaper than a previous quote.

The work I carried out was to replace 4 tyres, a wheel balance as well as to replace the front and rear brakes. The work was carried out in an astonishing time, as if every mechanic in the shop worked on the job. It was all excellent work, including the office staff, who were professional in their duties. I would not hesitate in returning to Right Price Tyres for any mechanical work on my car.

We were travelling Australia with a caravan in tow, and had the vehicle serviced three times in different states (once by Fixedprice) prior to our service at Port Lincoln, and been very happy with the operators.
We were happy with the price which was known before the job was done, but there were a couple of things we were not thrilled about.

It was a wet, miserable day when we dropped the car off and were given an approximate time it would be ready, and informed that we would receive a phone call when the car was ready.

Quite some time after the given time we still had not received a call, so we walked back several blocks in the rain to find the car had been finished and sitting on the side of the road.

While that wasn't too worrying, we were informed that our battery (only a couple of months old) was stuffed, and we should get a new one.

We finally found the local RAC approved repairer who tested the battery and assured us that nothing was wrong with it. He also asked who told us it was stuffed, and when I told him, his remark was that he gets a lot of people coming there with the same non-problem from the same source.

Fantastic. Prompt and quality service. Very welcoming. Will be going back for sure.

Quick and easy process. Dropped my car off before work and it was ready for me to pick up on my lunch break. 
It's running like a dream now!
