The mechanic did an excellent job completing a logbook service for my Mazda 3 SP25. Everything about the experience was positive from the price, attention to detail, honest no excess charges approach to maintenance of my car, friendliness, and detailed explanation of what work was completed, what needs to be done, and what can wait. Really excellent service, I will definitely book again and also get him to service my partner's car.

It was an OK experience. I cant complain about the work done but if I'm getting a major service I need a list of parts replaced.If they are too busy just call and tell me another date. No offence to the owners but lack of service means I wont be going back there.

I will unfortunately not be returning. This is the second time I've been to this business and I've been disappointed both times. When I showed up I had to explain exactly what I had booked, where, how, etc. I also never received a call when the car was ready. I eventually arrived and asked about the work that had been done and the result of the diagnostic. The gentleman had no idea.

Only comment was that they did not utilise the Motorpass Card for payment, which was no biggy. However they were going to investigate this for future services. Apart from that Ian runs a very professional business and its the cleanest workshop I have ever seen. Good on you Ian!

Made a booking, car got serviced at Signature tyres and mechanics who were expecting me. Quick and good service. Would recommend.

I booked my car in for a service and to also check a warning light that I had on my dashboard, when booking the appointment it was an option to have this done and was an extra $110. When I picked up my car he advised me that the problem had been fixed and that it was all good to go, a few days later the light came back on and has been on everyday since, we took it back to swift service today to ask what they had done to try and fix it only to be told he wasn’t an auto electrician and he actually didn’t do anything to fix it because he didn’t know how to even though at the time he said it was all fixed. I ended up also paying an extra $180 dollars or so on top of the $450 I paid in the first place so I was over charged far to much money considering he didn’t even do what had been asked of him. I will NEVER return here and will NEVER recommend anyone to go here because they’re liars and overcharge customers especially when they don’t know what they’re doing but still tell people that they did what was expected.

Just a regular auto service and roadworthy test. The staff are friendly and they keep you well informed about the things needed for the car. And most importantly, they managed the time effectively. E.g. say this time you pick up, then way ahead of the specified time mentioned.

The guys went out of their way to assist, stayed back late to get my vehicle serviced. Appreciated and recommend the guys at Goodyear Queanbeyan.
