They made me pay a deposit to book the tyres for me then they booked my car in at 3 pm on Saturday and when I went there they were closed and left me a piece of paper at the garage door saying we close at 2 pm on a Saturday come again another day and they left a phone number as well. When you call the number is switched off. Long story short they are not honest, if you decide to go there make sure you ask about every single detail to understand and clarify because they won't tell you anything and will keep surprising you with things.

Arrived after a quick phone call that morning to check availability and stock. Great service, completed within an hour, and great price that was again discounted when charged. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Unnecessary repairs and upsell. Also wrong diagnosis.

The workshop experience was good. No issues there. Still, maintain that loan cars are dusty and dirty inside. The least that can be done is to keep the inside of the car clean. Especially since there is a charge for the loan car now. But Mario is very polite and nice.

Unable to accurately pinpoint the problem. Money was spent without achieving the desired results. A few days later, the issue resurfaced. They called and said they would continue to investigate the problem and call me back, but I know it's just an excuse. Without receiving a callback, I won't choose this workshop again.

Where do I even start the team at ABS Auto Salisbury is absolutely the best mechanics I’ve ever been to. They know exactly what is wrong with my car and always complete the job to perfection. I am a very happy customer and definitely will be highly recommending to all my family and friends.

No one at the counter on arrival waited for ages. Cheap price for service but then so many extras were added, meaning not so cheap at all. One small job asked to do, they said it was done and it wasn't. Won't be returning.
