Booked an 8:30am service, wasnt done until 12pm. Glove box was left on the seat had to replace it myself. Prepaid for an inspection, he was going to charge an extra $150 for a service even though it was not fixed as it needs a new part.

S Torque automotive have always been so wonderful to me and our family. They have always gone above and beyond, helped me whenever I’ve needed it, had excellent communication, explained everything to me from start to finish and really look out for you and try to help in any way! I can’t recommend them enough! Payment methods are a bonus with afterpay, zippay, openpay which really helped when I couldn’t afford the essential things needing fixed.

They try to show up the quality services but they asked for too many replacements to earn your money. Before service, I check some like windshield water they refilled lower than normal level. One is bad meaning everyone can be bad. Disappointed, not recommended everyone.

The two fellas that were there on Saturday 19/11, were absolute legends. Extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back again and recommend . Great customer service.
