No paperwork, no verbal communication on wheel alignment, checked tyre pressure and wheel nut when I got home 12klms from shop, rather disappointing to discover tyre pressure where 40 psi on all 4 tyres and 6 wheel nuts where not tightened to a suitable pressure I felt

Had my spare for 2 weeks, never rang because they said they couldn't find my number. I showed them where they had written it down.

I took my 2016 Holden Captiva LTZ to Lucky Automotive Services for a logbook service and wheel rotation. The service was friendly and excellent. The guys clearly know their stuff and did an amazing job. The vehicle drives so much better now with just the service and no parts changed etc. This will be my regular workshop from now on. I highly recommend them.

The workshop supervisor was professional. He explained why the rear left tyre was out of alignment by 5 mm. They were quick and efficient.  Strongly recommend the work shop. Great job! Well done!

Dropping my car off with Sam I asked him to find any potential problems that have come up outside the regular car service. When the service was completed he explained a couple of issues to look out for in the future which I was thankful for. Highly recommended local mechanic for the Brunswick area.

Sam (the mechanic) was very helpful and informative by explaining the issues with my car and what I should look out for in future. Definitely will go back to them for my next service! 

They quoted $115 then said maybe leak in hose the  said  $145 this was to get regassed, then told cor processer buggered then got told to bring back to get regassed for $99, what i quoted for was now for a diagnosis felt like were trying to get more money out of me so not happy with service

Hi Katrina, just wanted to take the time to explain a couple of things. The $115 was for the regas but unfortunately, your car required more repairs as there was a leak behind the dash and the gas would leak out and you would be back in no time not happy with our service at all. The $145 was to thoroughly go through the entire airconditioning system and diagnose, quote you accordingly. I'm not sure where the processer comes into this can we have a bit more information about this as it's not written on the quote we provided you.
