I paid extra for tyre rotation and balance only to find out they didn't even inflate the tyres. Additionally they stamped the logbook for a service despite not doing the required interval service even though they only did a basic service.

Took my car to Beepz Auto Solutions for an A/C regas. Not even two weeks later and the A/C is blowing hot air again so I took it to a different mechanic for further inspection. I was advised that the A/C system could not be inspected because the regas wasn’t done properly, nor was it tested after being done, because there is definitely a leak. Now I’m having to pay for another A/C regas.

I had a cooling system flush on my car and the mechanic didn’t pick up that the water pump needed replacing, i feel as though I’ve been ripped off by Sandgate Auto Electrics & Air Conditioning, as i wasn’t told i needed a new water pump, and they just went ahead with the coolant flush, it’s something that a 1st year Mechanic would have picked up! Had car serviced there before, and had a call telling me all the things that “needed” to be done within 45 mins. Could have set my watch to the call with the same message second time around. Took the car to another mechanic soon after the first service, many of the items that “needed doing urgently” were not required, and got some items done at a fraction of the cost. Even if they were trying to do the right thing second time around, first impressions last, particularly when people talk a lot but don’t necessarily listen.
