I’m very disappointed with my experience with The 911 Garage. My car returned with the windscreen wiper damaged (a big part of the paint was scratched off), the mechanic insisted that my car was like this when he picked up the car, but I have pictures taken to show the otherwise and the damage is obviously fresh. He ended up agreeing to fix the damage “out of goodwill” on the coming Monday from 9-9:30 am, so I decided to work from home today waiting for them. Now, I have been waiting for over an hour and tried to call them two times, no reply at all. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, a very unpleasant and disappointing experience!

I phoned them and they offered me to come straight in and have a battery replaced fast and reliable! Very happy and will be going back for a service.

Got the car back with a loud pulley noise which was not there before. They tried fixing it but there's still some sound. 39 point check? I don't think so. Not even the liquids were topped up. I had to take the car back for them to top up liquids. The engine bay was extremely dirty, that's okay but the driver-side mat was black with oil marks from dirty shoes. The oils were topped up way past the maximum line. Cheapest option comes with such consequences. Not recommended.

I went there for a 5000 service and was told it would take anything from 2 to 3 hours to service an EV car, are they for real? I take my wife’s petrol-driven car to Hyundai to be serviced and it takes about an hour so l left and will try somewhere else.

Brought in my BYD for it's first service. Easy and efficient and quick process. Dropped off the car in the morning and everything was all done within the hour. Friendly staff and would definitely recommend as well.

I booked online. When I turned up on the correct date/time the manager said I had the wrong date/time. I showed proof of my booking. He said it had been moved to the following week. I was never notified of this change and the worker also seemed extremely confused about the situation as he saw I was not wrong. He did apologise and was nice however, I had traveled from 1hr away for my appointment and it was quite inconvenient that I needed to come back.

Happy with every aspect of this great business. I always recommend people go to him, the price is always acceptable and their attention to detail. Even going through Afterpay was a simple process.

I had my car booked in for a logbook service and I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I stepped in, they made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional demeanor. They demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and fixing car issues, and I appreciated how they kept me informed every step of the way. Their genuine concern for my car's well-being was evident when they called to provide updates on necessary repairs. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely return to them for any future car needs.

Overall good experience, they called before doing additional work on the car. Customer service was ok. I felt like the guy didn’t really explain what he did to the car when i picked up (had to pay extra $1700) and just went straight to payment like it was nothing and was rushed.

Different, they only have 1 mechanic that works there, but he was good.

We had two cars booked for logbook service on 28/3/24 for a hefty price of about $1100 but we’re only provided with less than basic service. We were not given any invoice breakdown of what had been done to the car nor the logbook stamped. Taking their word for it, they checked books when they dropped the car, but later saw no paperwork. When asked for itemised breakdown on the same day of service, we were told to come back as they were closed, and on multiple contacts and calls were told that they were either sick or not in town.  Finally, when we were told to return on 9/4 the owner said he would ask his boys to sort it out as he was on sick leave. However, when reached there, we were told the owners were new and that the place had been sold and no records were kept for our cars. I want my full refund now.

Always fabulous service at MD Auto Care. They go above and beyond, loan cars are a great bonus, thanks team, highly recommend.

I was charged extra despite the quote, once from the online booking $155 and then an extra amount because the mechanic misquote. So had to fork an additional $90 fee. Not a bad service and friendly staff though.

I found LP Automotive to be fairly quick and reasonably efficient.  There was a bit of an issue over the price I had been quoted but I suspect this was because it was a Saturday and the person who actually did my quote was not there and I forgot to take my paperwork.  But all was worked out in the end and I'm reasonably happy. They didn't put one of my wheel covers back on properly and it has come off and I'm now up for a new set of wheel covers.

Neru and the team are extremely helpful and very thoughtful in the way they manage their customers. My headlight needed replacing and the team did an excellent job.

They were nice and friendly. The price was great. They tried to find the parts I need online but as it is an off brand car couldn’t see any. I did ask for my front light bulb to be replaced but was told when I picked it up that it would take 1.5hrs to do that. Would have been good if they had called to ask if I wanted that done and how much that would cost. All in all, though they were great. My 140000 service was supposed to include a year's free roadside assist? How do I get that? Thanks.

I have this to say, take your car or whatever you drive to mycar Tyre &Auto in Redbank Plains, you will not be disappointed. I had a major service done including a timing belt and water pump replacement. Found some other things that needed replacing after their inspection, and took care of them while the car was there. The car was not ready at the time quoted. Service resulted in a warning light on the dashboard necessitating another service visit to the official dealer. As a result of the discussion, the full cost has now been refunded and I have therefore raised the rating to 4 stars.

Booked in for a minor service + a couple of extras (filter replacement etc). Was able to get a fixed price quote on the std service + extras. Price was v good when you consider the cost of parts so they certainly didn't try to include a big mark up the extras. After their inspection they even advised not to replace AC filters just yet as they were all good.

First service since I bought the car secondhand a few months back, and the guys were willing to have a chat and answer queries I had about the car. Came away feeling these guys are honest and easy to deal with.  No hesitation using them again.

Note: The garage has a very small parking area so it looks a bit haphazard from the street - don't let that put you off though.

Customer experience was good. I was contacted a couple of times during the day with updates. It was recommended to me what I might need done to my car, but never pushed upon me.

I exactly discribed, what has to be repaired to ensure, the spare parts are already there when I arrive.
I was sent to a service station, where they don´t even support this kind of work. They could have sent me to a sub-office, but they are totaly outbooked.
It was just a silly joke, to send me for no reason at 40° through the traffic jamps! They don´t even had a look at my car.

Friendly customer service and they work on car straight away don't have to wait long anything else wrong with car they tell you everything.

I brought my vehicle in for new brake pads and to machine the brake rotors. When I picked up the car, the manager told me that they had a “hell of a time” to get the rotors off - but all good in the end. Later that evening I heard a slight screeching coming from the rear wheel and this continued on/off over the course of two days while on vacation towing a caravan. I contacted Goodyear while out of town to explain the issue and asked that I bring the vehicle back in as there is a problem with one of the brakes.

When I brought the vehicle back they took off the rear brake caliber and rotor to find out that the brake shoe pins/clips/springs had dislodged from their position and these parts were causing the screeching noise. They indicated at that time that they had no clue how this could happen as you have to take the axle off to get to these parts. They started to tell me that in addition to the brake parts they may also need to replace an oil seal on the axle. 

Really...remove an axle to get to the brakes? This is when alarm bells started ringing as it appears that these guys have no clue what they are doing. The owner told me that “We’ll take care of this as best that we can - don’t worry. Just leave it with us tomorrow while we get it fixed - we'll take care of you". Given the situation, I was generally pleased that they were going to resolve the issue. 

That evening I looked up videos on YouTube and posted my situation on an online Toyota Prado forum as I wanted to understand how this could happen in the first place. The resounding response was that this type of damage happens when you do not back off the tension on the parking brake and then try to remove the brake rotor. People provided commentary that this is common and the telltale sign is that it is very hard to remove the rotors from the hub. This reminded me of what the owner told me when I originally picked up the vehicle from Goodyear (they had a hell of a time getting the rotors off).... hmm...coincidence?

When I picked up the vehicle from Goodyear the following day, I was told that I would only be charged for two hours of labour and a small amount of parts. I should mention that they were not able to get the proper parts - they got the muffler shop next door to weld up a pin they couldn't source and used a different spring that 'should do the job'. The total was $270....this is after I spent $660 to get the brakes done in the first place. 

I indicated that even though I appreciated all their work and effort, I should not have to pay for this work as the issue was caused by their workmanship. I refused to pay for the rectification works to my vehicle. After a few minutes of back and forth in front of other customers, the owner of Goodyear yelled at me, “You better get outta here before I kick you out...and never come back here again".
