From the first phone call to picking up my vehicle, I could not fault anything. All the staff were polite and happy to answer any questions, communication was great as was the work carried out.

They couldn't even wash a car properly when I paid $25 for the wash, I was thankfully refunded but what hope do they have of knowing mechanics if they can't even wash a car.

Told I would get call at 2pm, no call, had to go there myself. No vacuum, reasons for defaults, different looking tyre? Dirty headlights, seat base, aircon vents?!

When for a re-gas. After the service, was told that the gas level was low and that the workshop added 50gm of the gas in the aircon unit. It takes some time for the cooling effect to kick in but even then it is not much better than before the service.
