Found an extra problem (worn out component with my older car) when they did my brakes but were happy to give me a cost breakdown and explain the importance of the work (safety issue), even gave me the part number and explain everything so I could assess costs and check myself before proceeding. On the day the amazing customer service continued and everything was explained to us before and after to top it off the tint looks amazing! Fantastic experience would and will definitely recommend!

The worst experience. I paid online and they charged me twice for the service. I requested a refund and after more than a month, they returned less than 50% of the second payment. I will definitely never use their services again and I will tell all my friends to stay away from Goodway Tyres & Automotive. The worst thing is that the alignment and the balancing were not carried out correctly. I wasted my time and money going to this workshop. I received a call a month later and a message from the workshop telling me that it was an error on their part, and they sent me a screenshot of a false transfer. The screenshot was in the step prior to sending the money, because they never confirmed the transfer. Because of this, I can confirm that they are dishonest.

Service was on time, the waiting room was clean and comfortable. All repairs are explained and the cost is fair.

Easy access from where I work. Explained the work done and why, plus some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

I was given bad advice that my Air-conditioning compressor is leaking on the seal mount but upon checking with another mechanic it’s not leaking and working fine. As a customer I am confused.

Arrived a little late for my appointment but the lads at Quick Fix Auto did all they needed to do in 30-40 minutes! 5/5 great service. Would come back.

I was given an attendance window. No contact from the company and 1.5 hours after the window ended the technician turned up. We all have phones, a text or call giving an update and changed eta is a minimum.

Dishonest bunch. Some have no idea what they are doing. I left after paying $240 for 4 second hand tyres, with my car pulling to the left. Never, in five years, have I ever had an issue like this after having tyres fitted. I will never go back and I will tell others to not go there. They are cowboys.

The whole deal with the roadworthy guy working at a different location was annoying and caused it to take a while b4 I could get any definitive answer on when I could get the car back, an each te I called an asked it was pushed back longer an longer, other than that I've been fairly happy with the work done to my car an for a reasonable price.

Terrible experience! Will not go back again! Firstly, they misled me the quotation amount. Secondly, they misplaced my car's key as I had to wait for a few minutes while they searched the whole shop for my car's key...
