We tried to change our booking to the 29th of January. Tried to contact Mycar but was impossible. The phone rang out numerous times and impossible to leave a message by pressing 1 didn't work. Finally contacted someone on the 1300 number who gave me little confidence as he told me my car was a Toyota Kluger and not a Mazda SP25 GT. I was told that the booking had been changed and I would receive a confirmation email which I am still waiting for. As the mechanic turned up at the original booking time I have no confidence in their administration.

Fantastic service, on time, fixed the problem radiator and test drive checked out no more overheating.

Specialist Auto Hobart was not up to the standard I thought they would be, although the servicing of the car was fine. They did not provide a number of services they list as complementary and were disorganised. The head office did not provide my booking information to the branch and this caused me to call multiple times then they didn’t text me as advised to allow for pickup. 3/5 because if the service was listed as provided not overpromised it would have been 5/5.

Great customer service however when I made the booking, it stated I would receive a free car wash, vacuum, diagnostic scan. Did not receive anything, and that was the main contributing factors as to why I made the booking there in the first place.

No fuss. Booked on time as requested. Clean efficient garage. Performed all that was asked, and communicated well by telephone to comment on progress of other issues when discovered.
