A very easy experience with job completed on time.

Friendly, hassle-free, and efficient service at extremely affordable prices. We've been with Midas Rouse Hill for years now for both my husband and my cars, but after having to move out of the local area and trying out other workshops, we always find ourselves coming back to Midas Rouse Hill even if it means driving an extra 30 mins to get there.

It was great and the mechanic I spoke with was honest and helpful.

The booking was at 8:30 am, they told me the car will be ready by 10:30, but when I returned at 10:30, they said not even started yet. So I have to wait again until 11:30am to collect. While collecting, I have been waiting for a while and even as it is my turn, I was asked to wait again. So eventually I got my key back at 10 to 12. Then I noticed that I cannot find the logbook in my car, went back and asked, but the receptionist forgot to return the logbook to me. I then got my logbook, but noticed they filled the incorrect mileage logbook service that we paid and booked for. I went back and asked, and they said these are all the same, but when I was making the booking, the 2 logbook services have different pricing, the one I booked is $80 more expensive, but they insisted the services are all the same. I’m not sure how to complain, as I don’t have much knowledge of cars, maybe shall consider somewhere else in the future.

I was booked in for a service and rego inspection. The car was dropped off at 8:15 am and was available for pick up at 3:00 pm. When we picked up the car, there were a few warning lights on the dashboard and the car felt really jerky to drive. We then brought the car back, and the mechanic cleared the error codes and rectified the issues. The work was carried out in a timely manner - even though there was a slight delay due to supplier issues. However, I am not satisfied with the condition of the car when we picked it up. If they missed the obvious error codes on the dashboard, what else did they miss? I understand that days can get busy, and things do get missed but I have never experienced similar issues with another service provider. Granted, the error codes and the other issues were fixed in the end, but the problems should not have been there in the first place. I will now consider other service providers as I don't think Midas Rouse Hill is thorough enough.

Really nice family owned business. When collecting the car they had a job card for me, listing what my car needed doing and the prices next to it. I also needed the car done by 12 so I could go to work and they had it waiting ready to go. I highly recommend their friendly staff.
