They made me pay a deposit to book the tyres for me then they booked my car in at 3 pm on Saturday and when I went there they were closed and left me a piece of paper at the garage door saying we close at 2 pm on a Saturday come again another day and they left a phone number as well. When you call the number is switched off. Long story short they are not honest, if you decide to go there make sure you ask about every single detail to understand and clarify because they won't tell you anything and will keep surprising you with things.

Happy with the work, but I had it booked in at Campbellfeild as it is close to where I live and I was in a hurry. They proceeded to take my car to Hoppers Crossing, 40 km away. Frank is a champion! Come around to help fix the car, and ends up fixing up a couple of other odd jobs for me, explaining in detail in the process what he's doing. In a professional setting, it was understood that a specific verified tyre would be fitted, but instead, a different tyre, which was of better quality though not within the agreed-upon realm, was installed without prior consultation. While this action may seem presumptuous, I am satisfied with the outcome due to the superior quality of the replacement.

I could not fault B & R Automotive! Been a few times with two different cars I’ve owned and they have always been straight up and honest and reliable. I brought my car here last year also, and I found them easy to talk to and they did an honest job, efficient job with advice on items that would need looking at next time. There were others offering cheaper services this time around but I believe that it's worth paying a little more for someone you can trust with a great reputation. That's Bill Williams Mechanical Repairs. I shall be trusting them with all of my car servicing and repair needs in the future. I highly recommend them.
