My engine died within 12 hours of picking it up from this mechanic. Additional issues were not communicated causing significant damage. Do not take your car here.

Was able to find what I needed, straight away. But never called to say when my car was ready, was waiting over 2 hours, when stated would only take 30-45 mins, had to go and see if my car was ready myself. Only did what was asked, but if more was communicated, would have gotten more business. Overall was ok, would go back for more tyres.

All three of the staff members that I spoke too were wonderful, polite and warm. Service was fast and efficient and they were able to help me on the same day that I called. All over a wonderful team and business.

Great deal on the tyres, staff were quick and efficient and great to talk to. Would definitely recommend.

Was told around a hour got back and got told we have to wait longer as they put wrong tyres on, then realising they haven't done the wheel alignment properly and it pulls to the left. First time going there but not sure if we will be going back.

Overall not satisfied. The person who gave the invoice just throw the invoice on their table, felt Awkward. I thought that behavior is because I got a 100 dollar off. And when I went home and checked the brake fluid and coolant it was not topped up. I had to top it up. I also haven't checked the spare tyre pressure. So just wondering what their job was.

Very thorough didn't try overcharge and called to explain what needed to be fixed. Done an amazing job on the service. We will definitely be going back

Excellent experience.  The auto mechanics that were recommended were excellent too.  Have already recommended to my colleges.

Zac and his team was helpful. I didn't get the loan car, which I booked, but they did their best to drop off & pick me up from a convenient location. Would be more helpful if we know at the time of booking online what parts would be used for the service.

Attitude of the staff was welcoming and obliging. As a female I felt respected and was given exactly the service I asked for at the price that was quoted. I was relieved not to be 'up-sold' for extra work that may have taken advantage of  my lack of mechanical knowledge.
