Overall okay but only a bit worried about task completion as he has only one helper and always gets distracted from the work such as taking bookings, and handling customers at the counter, my advice is to have more employees so that mechanics can focus on what they have been doing. Also, details feedback after completion of servicing would be good and more politeness while handling customers would be appreciated.
Dear Santosh, it seems like you are very hard to please. We have our receptionist now to improve safety, security purposes, and insurance reasons we have implemented many safety signs and customers still walk into our shop. However, after having enough car parks and yet you like to come into the workshop and park your car. We have assisted you enough and taken care like any other customer. Thank you for the business evaluation, could you please call us to explain further about detailed feedback after completion as far as your vehicle history is concerned, we reported plenty of items on your service and you chose to carry out general service. The detailed report is always given with your invoice.
