Thank you for the lovely feedback Bobbie, it is a pleasure to be able to look after you and your vehicle. We are pleased that you are happy with our service. Look forward to seeing you again. Drive safely.
Thank you for your review. In regards to the work completed on your car. It was brought in on the back of a tow truck not running at all and it went out running. After being asked to do more than 4 plus quotes during the time and ordering parts in, then not wanting to proceed with work due to costs and then asking us to have a further look at the vehicle of why it was not running to your liking after it left here running and after further inspection at your request to locate your problem which was indicated by you as maybe our problem from work we did for you to get the car running at what you could afford to spend, it was found it was a totally different problem. You were informed that there were many things wrong with the vehicle due to lack of maintenance and not wanting to spend money on it things can not be fixed otherwise. Components need to be moved to fix other things and if that means a pipe needs to be moved to do so and it is brittle there is a chance it would break and there was more than one on this occasion and as to the lack off maintenance that has been kept up on the car and what you wanted to spend on fixing things not everything could be done as the more we went in to do things more problems were to be found. You were also informed off this and kept changing your mind on what you wanted done and this does put us behind other work that is also booked in at the time until you can make up your mind on what you actually wanted done. We can not keep spots open to fit people in until they decide what they want to go ahead with. Many hours were spent on your vehicle to diagnose the original problem of why it had to be brought in on a tow truck in the first place as not running. As diagnoses can take awhile not all the time was billed out to you as you had informed us you were on a limited budget. This was also in the case of the second time you brought it in running after we did the work only to find out it was nothing from what we did but in a totally different area of the car. You were only billed out an hour for an approximate three hour diagnosis. You required it to be done urgently and it has been finished over a week and you were informed and until this review was put up the vehicle is still sitting in our yard. If you were that unhappy with our services then I would suggest of taking your vehicle to a local mechanic rather than to us which we are about an hour away with many mechanics that you could have also gone to along the way, and still wonder why you didn't. We went out of the way to help you with costs, with many quotes, parts ordered in for work you wanted, then have to send them back because you decided to not go ahead with certain parts, having employees staying back after hours looking at your job, with you turning up on closing time to discuss things and being here for over half an hour or longer but still keep questioning things after you had been explained what needed done and why but then still kept asking us to repeat what you had already been told and also this happened by many phone calls asking to speak to the technicians who were not only taken off your job but others to spend time with you only repeating what you had already been told. Customers like this we would prefer not to deal with, we are happy to help anyone but if people will not help them selves or listen to what is told to them by trained technicians we are unable to help them and can not make the customers who do respect our technicians and their knowledge and time first.
