You can book one of their lift and pick up services or they have a comfortable waiting area. There was an error with my booking. I sent an email on Sunday about available dates and spoke to the receptionist Monday and we spoke on the phone and booked me in for Wednesday and I received a confirmation text for Wednesday. The receptionist then booked me in for Friday going off the email sent on Sunday and because they were booked on Wednesday. Then I got a text for a booking for Friday that I thought was from the other Mazda I was trying to get into. I dropped my car off 20min early and didn’t get my car until late and was told it was getting a wash and vacuum. I thought it was poor they couldn’t wipe down my dash and the car wash left more marks that I had to run out. I was just not satisfied and will not be returning in the future.

Nothing really much to add. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years and since the very beginning the service provided my AMR Mazda has been amazing.
