• The discount does not apply to windscreen replacements, battery replacements, roadworthy inspections or any additional service items (such as additional parts, accessories or additional labour), that our records indicate are not prescribed for your logbook, basic service or repair, or if arranged directly with a service provider.

• The Promotion offer does not apply to a booking that has already been confirmed or serviced prior to the promotion period, and the offer cannot be re-used if the customer cancels a booking.

• The Promotion offer does not apply to a quote that is not booked during the promotional period, the booking must be requested and confirmed during this period for the discount to be applicable although the service date can be after the promotional period.

• The discount code can be applied on the finalise page within the ‘promo code’ section or a red banner may also be displayed on a service provider’s listing in the bottom right-hand corner of their profile image in search results which will automatically apply the corresponding discount.

• The prize winners will be drawn at the AutoGuru stand D2 at 12:30pm (AEST) on May 21st and must be present to claim their prize. 

• The prize winners must show evidence that they are following the AutoGuru LinkedIn page before claiming the prize.

• The total prize pool is valued at AUD $5,000 RRP. The winners may choose between: a prize from the AUD $5,000 RRP prize draw, or a charitable donation of equivalent value to a registered Australian charity of the winners’ choice.

• The winners must notify the Promoter of their prize preference at the time they are notified of their win.

• If a charitable donation is chosen, the donation will be made on the winner’s behalf from AutoGuru to the nominated charity, and the winner will be provided with email confirmation of the donation.

• If a prize from the prize pool is chosen over the charity donation, it is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct a redraw or choose to donate the prize value to a charity of its choice.
