Little disappointed the initial cars prognosis was through SMS texting opposed to a verbal conversation on my car’s issues. However, that aside good communications on SMS updating progress, identifying issues and options whether to move forward. I was appreciative knowing what’s happening, to keep in line with my budget. Hit a bump on my damaged car part under warranty, not knowing if it was still covered (waiting for outsourced claims dept to respond) I received a personal phone call from AutoplusWA Manager Chris and we talked through the issue surrounding the warranty and implications relating to it, thus we reached an amicable resolution. Warranty honoured, some goodwill discount thrown in, it was a great outcome. I was a bit disappointed that a quote I asked for was not addressed however the quality of AutoplusWA service and professionalism outweighed my request. Nit picking I know!!! Thank you AutoplusWA love your work.
