The staff were nice enough however they were very flustered and busy when I arrived. It was communicated that the manager was away hence busy and I was sympathetic of this trying to accomodate the team by waiting patiently. Upon leaving my car for a general service I was given a loan car. Loan car was fine but had shoes and pots and pans in the back - in which I made the assumption it was a personal car after hours. Arriving to pick up my car a few hours later there was no paperwork, evidence or breakdown in writing of the service I had received and even though the team diagnosed other faults that would need addressing, this was only verbal and again, no paperwork. My service said it included a free wash (granted it was wet and rainy so this didn’t bother me too much) this was not completed nor was a free diagnostic test as confirmed on my quote. I’m still not sure what I paid to have done to my car? I’m sure they service many customers satisfactory but my own personal experience was far less than ideal and I’m thoroughly disappointed.
