This is followed up with an email a few days after service that outlines extensively all that was covered by the type of service that, I, the customer, requested. There is nothing hidden. As a result you dont suddenly find yourself paying for additional extras on top of the service that many mechanics might justify as "necessary". If anything is found it is discussed and the customer determines any future action that is to be taken. The mechanics are friendly and pride themselves in their work and their ability. I have definitely been recommending Romano's to friends and family!
