Worst customer service the owner is the rudest most arrogant person I’ve ever dealt with. Booked a car service for 9.30am which I totally forgot about. Was reminded by AutoGuru. German Tech Auto still allowed me to take the car in. They completed my service log book and gave me a full explanation on everything which was easy to understand. Very friendly and helpful. Will be telling my husband to go there.
