Pretty good overall, given the nature of the work performed, would be ideal to let the customer know approximately how long they expect the vehicle to be at their workshop in case they need to make alternate arrangements. Still, a good experience though at such short notice.

4 new tyres, they didn’t try and make me buy the more expensive ones as they asked questions as to how and where I drive etc. The guys were friendly, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to need a wheel alignment or not but they were honest and said I wasn’t going to need one,
