An honest, independent, and reasonably priced automotive workshop here, with manager Rakesh, and staff that I observed to take pride and real interest in their service to me. When some parts were identified as needing replacement, Rakesh looked for them from a number of sources. Unfortunately, they were no longer available from the manufacturer, or after-market, then further assisted by suggesting options for a specialist who could repair/recondition those parts. Hi took Ultra tune 3 days to get back to me & book me in. I did get told verbally that I could go in 11am on the appointment day. But had forgotten. Did get a reminder for 7am. So went.
