Hi took Ultra tune 3 days to get back to me & book me in. I did get told verbally that I could go in 11am on the appointment day. But had forgotten. Did get a reminder for 7am. So went. Would been a nice if I got another reminder for the new time. Waited all day. Because travelled a distance. Would like to say staff were nice, prices are good. Would recommend them.
