Was advised I would have a loan car. Found out on arrival that this was not available. On the upside, the guy said he could do the job within half an hour if I could wait. I was happy to do this and it took closer to 40 minutes which was fine. Was also advised before drop off I would get a car vacuum. This was not done. Felt a bit let down after the loan car incident. However, the air conditioning is working well again. Good but could have been better. Basically paid for two things I didn’t get.

When some parts were identified as needing replacement, Rakesh looked for them from a number of sources. Unfortunately, they were no longer available from the manufacturer, or after-market, then further assisted by suggesting options for a specialist who could repair/recondition those parts.
