Berwick Enterprise Automotive is a medium sized workshop in Berwick and is the busiest in the street for good reason. Their staff are knowledgeable and are great to talk to about any issues your car may have. The 90k logbook service for our Kia Carnival was booked and paid for. We downloaded the MyAutoConnect app and all correspondence was done via the app. I dropped off the car, a mechanic dropped me back at home and then another one came and picked me up later in the day, great service and nothing I've experienced before. The service and extra items were completed professionally, on time, and within budget. We'll be back again with our other cars. Highly recommended.

The staff were ready for me when I arrived. They informed me the job would take about an hour, which it did. Apart from a bit of a mix-up with the invoice initially being filled out in the wrong name and the smell of smoke in my car on pick-up, all went smoothly.
