I wanted to try a log book service (40,000) for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I booked online. I received a reminder call the day before the service confirming all parts had been procured. I was greeted by name and the service was performed in the morning. My car was serviced well and also cleaned inside and out! I was impressed with the staff and the service overall.
