Computer error saw my booking for Saturday morning not appear on Abdul’s calendar. When I phoned to ask where he was, Abdul did his upmost to attend my location to complete the service. It wasn’t ideal for both me and Abdul but he made the effort to attend which I was appreciative of. He completed the logbook service as quickly as possible and he was professional and pleasant.
