I wanted to try a log book service (40,000) for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I booked online. I received a reminder call the day before the service confirming all parts had been procured. I was greeted by name and the service was performed in the morning. My car was serviced well and also cleaned inside and out! I was impressed with the staff and the service overall. Subsequently I have had my wife's Lexus serviced with LineaRossa. I commend their service approach.

This is my second visit to Ultra Tune Kew, as I was very happy the first time. The car needed a logbook service (150,000 km) and two front tyres. As an elderly female pensioner, I know little about cars, and these people were aware of that and did not try to take advantage of me. They were understanding of a family crisis I was in the middle of and helped me out with a good job at a fair price. They even gave my car a free wheel alignment and sent it home looking sparkling after a quick wash. I have no mechanical knowledge. All I know is my car feels happier and my wallet is not totally empty.

These guys were great, efficient, timely, and honest in their communication. I had my timing belt and water pump changed, and a few other things that had to be fixed in the process. It was a very expensive ordeal as they charged 110 per hour for 'labour work' which I thought was unfair, although they have a pretty large garage and a lot of seemingly expensive equipment, so probably some big overheads, great service, would recommend.
