The repair has been completed however there was lack of communication on when my vehicle was available for pick up until I chased it up at 1400 having to get a callback. 0900-1630 they had the car for. The services I paid for included a car wash and vacuum, this was not done nor did they let me know beforehand or even when I collected the keys. I think the owner of this business Jason is exceptionally great. I engaged Pearson’s services for an AC regas and thought their price for this was competitive. I expected them to charge me for add-ons that were not necessary which they didn’t and I was pleasantly surprised. That prompted me to engage them again to then do a service and attend to fixing my cruise control. When I raised a concern about how the cruise control matter had been dealt with by a team member, Jason stepped in and kept focussing on getting to a solution until it was fixed. I appreciated this very much which will cause me to use Pearsons again for my next service. I initially had my reservations about using this service as it was my first time. Laura and the team at Formula Automotive put my doubts to rest with their helpful and friendly service.
