The repair has been completed however there was lack of communication on when my vehicle was available for pick up until I chased it up at 1400 having to get a callback. 0900-1630 they had the car for. The services I paid for included a car wash and vacuum, this was not done nor did they let me know beforehand or even when I collected the keys. I returned to request a receipt for the work completed and asked about the cleaning. Still, no receipt received.
