I had an excellent experience about the workmanship. Quality of mechanical repair and service was excellent. But somehow I was not happy with their dealing. Over the phone, I was advised that as I was buying all four tyres they promised me 50% off on wheel alignment. But as I paid with afterpay account they refused to give me 50% discount on wheel alignment saying that they have a fixed price on afterpay. I asked them if I can pay for tyres on afterpay and for wheel alignment separately. They stated that they have to generate 2 separate invoices which they do not prefer as I was buying cheap tyres and they were to pay to the afterpay as well. However, I believe they could facilitate me by generating a separate invoice for wheel alignment and could charge me 50% on wheel alignment as they promised over the phone. I had to pay $40 extra just because I paid on afterpay and just because they did not want to generate a separate invoice for wheel alignment.

I was a little lost on how to use afterpay or how it actually works, but Danni from Gawler Bodywork’s was fantastic in dealing with our transaction. If I could rate anyone 11/10 I certainly would give that rating to Danni and Gawler Bodyworks.
