Mechanics On Demand is a car servicing and repair workshop at Gin Gin Mechanics On Demand is a mechanical workshop at 4 Salloom Street, Gin Gin, in the Bundaberg region of Queensland's Wide Bay Burnett. The business moved into the Gin Gin workshop at the start of February 2025, bringing servicing, repairs and tyres together at one address for the town and the surrounding farming country. They work on all makes and models, from small cars through to utes and 4WDs, and the work they carry out is backed by a service warranty. What servicing do they carry out? Logbook servicing is done to the manufacturer's schedule, which keeps a new vehicle warranty in place and keeps the service history complete for resale. General servicing is available for older vehicles that have moved past their logbook period, covering oil and filter changes, fluid checks and a look over the items that wear out between services. Customers are quoted before work starts and told what has been found. What repairs do they handle? Their general repair work takes in brakes, suspension and steering, along with the diagnostic and mechanical repairs that come up on everyday vehicles. They also supply and fit tyres, so a car in for a service can have worn tyres dealt with in the same visit rather than needing a second trip into town, which counts for something when the nearest larger centre is a drive away. Do they carry out safety certificate inspections? Yes. They carry out Queensland safety certificate inspections, which drivers need when selling a registered vehicle or bringing one back into registration, and they offer these as a mobile inspection as well as at the workshop, so a vehicle can be checked where it sits. What do they provide for fleet operators? Fleet and business vehicles are serviced and repaired alongside private cars, including work utes and light commercials used around the Gin Gin and Bundaberg district, with logbook servicing, safety certificates, tyres and general repairs all handled at the one workshop. Mechanics On Demand keeps Gin Gin vehicles serviced, repaired and on the road. ... view more

I have been going to Brendan at Mechanics on Demand for the last 3 years, they are very well priced. And with a big car, it’s great I personally recommend him and the business all the time.
