The guys were eager to listen were helpful and respectful. Really knew their stuff and didn't feel like I had my prostrate checked after paying bill.

I service for Sunday the 28th and you called the next day to make another booking because you had no mechanic working that day, so I booked for Saturday the 27th between 8am 12pm I called the help line around 10am and they assured me the mechanic had my number and he'll call when he’s on his way, so I waited by the phone all day until around 5pm and decided he wasn’t going to come, can you please explain why the mechanic didn’t arrive or even call me to tell me he couldn’t make it I wasted a whole day which I took of work, and if you try and come back with some rubbish that he couldn’t get through to me, I want to see a screenshot of the attempted calls made and send it to me, I’m not impressed at all and will be requesting a full refund, absolute joke.
