Included in their General Service Package is a Wash Vehicle, which must have used imaginary water as the car was as dirty as I had left it before the service. The worst part was the Replenish Fluid Levels, which didn't include the Power Steering Oil, as it was practically bone dry. It needed an emergency bottle of Valvoline 350ml Power Steering Fluid (thankyou Bunnings) as the car ground to a shudder in Thomastown on my way back from the city (less than 50km since its service last Tuesday). When I rang the Greensborough center, they just fobbed me off with a "We must have checked it".

Woody, Arrived on time. Clarified the service requirements. Demonstrated familiarity and ease in working on the vehicle. Remained focused on the work. Was efficient with resources. Maintained a safe and clean work environment. Entered logbook details of the service. Confirmed that payment had been processed.

Woody's was available within 24 hours and his pricing was very competitive. That in itself was a great start.  Added to this, he was quick with his work, and clearly knew his way around my particular vehicle. Had me back up and running in no time.   Reliable, no mess around, fairly priced, and competent. The Mechanic worked on my car's last service as we were home, he seemed to do an ok job so I got him back for my 190,000k service. My garage camera filmed him starting and finishing, the total time taken was 41 minutes, so, not good this time and we were not home this time. Sorry, but this time we feel let down especially as you charged $465.00 must have been golden oil.

Everything got done on the job as per 190,000km service, parts aren’t cheap.

Easy to deal with, did not have what I needed but had it ordered within a day, and fit me in during my work hours.

The first choice of workshop canceled late but able to work quickly to find another one available which was Rebel Wheels. The team there was very down to earth and easy to work with. They had a few issues with the parts but communicated with me the entire time. I'm very happy with the result and service and will use them again.

I have been using Richo's Tyres 2 U for a while now. They are friendly and great-priced. No waiting around, they come to you which is very convenient. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Rapid Tune Team completed my log book service as dictated by the car manufacturer for approx one-third the price quoted by the Dealership. Costs for additional service items (rear brake pad, engine air and cabin filter replacement) were fair.

MIT was courteous, efficient and timely. They did a full service, and rego check and only changed what was necessary. They gave me options and invited me back for more work and were transparent with repairs and cost.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! 

I went for a roadworthy certificate and two issues were found - both vaguely described in the paper. The estimated repairs were $900. Fortunately I keep full records of my last service 7 months ago where the exact same issue was completely replaced by an official Kia service. 

I resolved the "issues" by taking my vehicle to a different shop for a second opinion. The "issues" found by MIT Automotive were double-checked. Then, my car passed flawlessly and I have my ACT roadworthy certificate.

Check the Google reviews for MIT Automotive as well. You will find others had the same exact experience and complaints.

Very good experience with my car service, while in lockdown. MIT was thorough and knowledgeable, they went through a list of repairs that needed to be done with relevant timeframes in detail after the service, so I could plan my options. Highly recommend this workshop.
