The mechanic was booked to check for a problem with the cooling system and wasn’t confident when carrying out the work. And the problem wasn’t fixed. Now I’ve had to take car to a new mechanic.
Hi David. I am sorry to hear the overheating issue has appeared again. The coolant thermostat was blocked in your vehicle which prevented the coolant flow through the system. The defective coolant thermostat was replaced, coolant added and test-driven. At the time of handing over the keys to you, the problem was resolved. I contacted you on the next day of the repair but I didn’t get a response from you. I only heard back from you after two weeks. Please let me know if you need assistance.
