Sam was very good with explaining whats being serviced and what are the charges about. He even dropped me at my office which saved me a lot of time. Was very nice experience.

Honest pricing and to the point, kept me updated throughout the whole experience. Will be coming back for all our future car needs.

Bill said he was happy that the workshop was clean and service was done as requested.  He liked Sam.
I booked the service and also said I'd like the pick up and drop off service.  (That was one of the reasons I booked this workshop). I stated he would drop off the car at 8am.  When he dropped off the car there was no one at that time to bring him back and when they rang to say it was ready, there was no offer to pick him up.
A 4km walk was quite a walk for a 76 year old.  Fortunately I arrived home just as he was to leave to collect his car, so drove him.  Bill wasn't concerned about the walk, but I think it's a long way.

Sam was amazing, explained everything so I understood what was happening and kept me informed through out the day of the progress.

I dropped my car off a day early by mistake and it was no trouble for the mechanics. They fitted new wiper blades for free. Very friendly and professional service. Well priced, I will definitely be coming back.

The mechanic communicated well with me and I was kept informed of the progress of my repair in a timely manner. The clutch and driveshaft job has been done well, Thanks, Sam. However, there is still a disturbing rumbling bearing or gear noise coming from the front of the car. Sam, please be careful not to dismiss a customer's concerns. Sometimes the customer has 35 years experience in such matters and a better ear for detection of mechanical failure than most. It was the perfect opportunity to differentiate the issue to either the differential or front wheel bearing. Sam, you did a great job and I hope my small comment is taken in a positive way that it's intended.
