Regarding our afternoon booking, the franchisee was unable to service the vehicle due to the scope of work required. Unfortunately, the online booking system did not provide an option for the extra work to be carried out. The customer had included the additional scope of work within the comments section of the online booking.

Great customer experience. Friendly service was received throughout the process. Refreshing to receive a report at the end that the car is just fine, just needs a wheel alignment (which I got done). Got my flybuy points on top which was a bonus. Very happy and will go back.

They refused to accept the quote that I had paid for the logbook service requested even after showing them the breakdown. They ended up charging me more than the original quote as the gentleman said not sure who quoted this but they have quoted an incorrect price. He was so rude and intimidating. They were trying to charge me $200 more but ended up paying $80 more in the end as I was so beside myself. I could have got it done at Mazda in the end with better customer service.
Booked the car early as I needed it in the afternoon for appointments when I said that to him he goes you probably won't get it back before 4 pm as we are busy and short of staff so not going to happen.
