Was originally quoted $328 which I was more than happy with, they called and said I needed brake pads, refill my clutch and gear stick fluid and do my back windscreen wiper and somehow jumped up to nearly $800. Absolutely appalling. Will never go here again and will not be recommending to anyone.

Hi Amy, I am sorry you feel that way about our service, however, we never carry out additional repairs without approval by the owner, and on this particular job our service price was $116 lower than the amount you booked at ($328, the service price came in at $211.95). The rest of the invoice total was due to the vehicle requiring front brake pads and disc machine, brake fluid and clutch fluid flushes, wiper blades and a stop light bulb. We only use the best spare parts such as Bendix brake pads and Castrol oils and lubricants. I have checked these prices against other workshops and we are very competitive compared to other quotes. Guy was very helpful found tyres in my budget and went beyond expectations over all I'd go there every time. They even have afterpay 5 stars all round

They quoted $115 then said maybe leak in hose the  said  $145 this was to get regassed, then told cor processer buggered then got told to bring back to get regassed for $99, what i quoted for was now for a diagnosis felt like were trying to get more money out of me so not happy with service

Hi Katrina, just wanted to take the time to explain a couple of things. The $115 was for the regas but unfortunately, your car required more repairs as there was a leak behind the dash and the gas would leak out and you would be back in no time not happy with our service at all. The $145 was to thoroughly go through the entire airconditioning system and diagnose, quote you accordingly. I'm not sure where the processer comes into this can we have a bit more information about this as it's not written on the quote we provided you. Please give me a call on 9581 7794 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

The mechanic misunderstood the service manual and tried to carry out extra work at extra cost. 
When I refused the extra service he refused to stamp the service book. 
I had to point out his error and explain my vehicles service book to him in order to convince him to stamp the book.
The cost was the same as a dealer service which I will use next time.
