Hunter Holden Ryde is a family business, and a strong believer in providing exceptional customer service and quality car servicing, things we have been doing since opening in 1987.

We service all make and models, and out technicians are Gold Level. Our technicians, equipment, and tools are kept up-to-date.

Amongst our extra touches are a pickup and delivery service (vehicle pickup between 7 am and 8 am, and drop-off between 3 pm and 6 pm), shuttle bus, and a courtesy hand car wash with each service.

Currently my Holden Cruze has a auto transmission problem,Martin has kindly explained the long process , Holden make you follow certain procedures, in order for them to judge on the course of action hunter Holden service must take. Martin couldn't be more helpful so to him and his support from used cars was most welcome. Only hope the Holden make the choice for my transmission so I have no further problems, based on previous history , as noted for web Cruze auto transmission problems .regards Stephen

The one thing that promotes us to rate the overall service as "so so" is the fact that we were told on arrival that the service we booked and confirmed should have been scheduled on a weekday instead. We were told there would be no guarantee that the entire service could be provided on that shortened day (they work only half a day on Saturdays) and we might have to come back on another day to complete the required service. In particular, the fuel pump would need to be replaced and the person advising us at reception was not certain whether they had the part . Although eventually the entire service was provided we felt the whole experience was a bit disappointing, given that we had booked it well in advance and at no stage had we been told of any potential issue for the type of service we requested on that particular day.

First time coming here and it was good experience. It took a long time to finish the service, probably because there were lots of customers, but it was OK. Will be coming here again for the next service.

Although you book you service and extra on the website, when you go there, you'll need to do it all again. You'd still pay the price quoted on the website but it'd have been much easier if they'd asked me about my booking reference number instead of doing it again manually. I also didn't find the staff friendly, at least the reception guy whom I talked to. On the positive side, the guys did a good job in washing the car and they didn't ask to replace something which I found honest.
